• Aggressive Animals 
  We do not provide care to animals with a history of biting, scratching, or other aggressive behaviors. No exceptions.
  
  Cancellations
  48 hours advanced notice is required for cancellations. If cancellations are communicated 48 hours or less, it’s a full charge for the cancelled visits. 
  
  Payment
  City Pet Care accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  
  Reservations
  City Pet Care offers unique, scheduled care for your pet. To ensure quality service, reservations should be made as far in advance as possible.
